CAN I ATTACH A MESSAGE TO THE FLOWERS?

Yes, in the CUSTOM TICKET section you can specify whether the arrangement is to be accompanied by a “gift card” and you can enter the text on the condition that it does not exceed 300 characters in length. It will be the responsibility of Frida’s Floral Designers to attach it to the commissioned floral arrangement.

CAN I SEND FLOWERS ANONYMOUSLY?

Yes, you will just not sign.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, write to customercare@fridas.it to find out the status of your order. If it was shipped through HUB you will receive tracking, if it is being handled at a Frida’s store Customer Care will know the status of your order.

Exceptions are made for holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve etc.). Due to the high number of orders, local logistics partners are not always able to communicate order statuses to us in real time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order may be cancelled up to 2 working days before the desired delivery date by indicating the relevant order number. A cancellation after this deadline can only be accepted as an exception and a refund of the order value is not guaranteed. No returns can be made.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Frida’s accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal and Credit Card.

PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

If incorrect credit card or payment method information is provided for any circumstance, Frida’s will not be able to process the order.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Delivery is not guaranteed if incorrect or incomplete information is entered when filling order. Frida’s will not be responsible for non-delivery of the order.

REFUND POLICY

Frida’s offers a full refund if it has been unable to deliver the order on the selected date due to technical glitches attributable to the company and if the delivery is delayed by more than 24 hours, again for reasons attributable to Frida’s.
If, on the other hand, the delivery could not be made due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, Frida’s will not proceed with a refund.

Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • the recipient is not at home
  • the address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient’s name is missing on the doorbell
  • the doorbell does not work

SHIPMENTS

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery/shipping is free of charge.

Only for same-day delivery of the order (priority service) there is a same-day delivery fee of €7.00.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER ON THE SAME DAY?

It is possible to receive flowers on the same day of the order only in city areas reached by the priority service: a surcharge of € 7.00 will be applied for these deliveries. Our logistics partners guarantee same-day delivery if the order is placed by 2 p.m.

HOW ARE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED?

If the order is being handled at a Frida’s store, the flowers are hand-delivered by local drivers/riders.

If, on the other hand, the order is being shipped from a Frida’s HUB, the flowers are delivered by a courier inside a Frida’s branded box.

CAN I HAVE A DELIVERY AT A SPECIFIC TIME?

For special requests you can contact us by email and we will evaluate your request according to your destination city and desired time.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE?

Yes, enter the address of the Frida’s store you want to go to in the Recipient field, and the Pickup at Location option will automatically appear.

DELIVERIES TO PUBLIC PLACES

In case of delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, etc., it is necessary to indicate the department and room number.

In the case of delivery to a hotel, it is requested (if possible) to indicate the room number and the name under which the recipient registered with the hotel (group, spouses, etc.).

Frida’s will try to deliver the order by following the rules of each public facility. However, it cannot be held responsible if by company policy, facilities prevent it. Frida’s cannot authorize any refund if an order could not be delivered due to the circumstances described above.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS

For deliveries scheduled on special dates, such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc., Frida’s reserves the right to cancel the reservation upon full refund.

NON-DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

In cases where orders leave directly from Frida’s Stores, the compositions remain available in the store for pickup during the next two business days.
In cases where orders are delivered by express courier, a second delivery attempt will be made on the first available day. However, if the recipient or the information needed to complete the delivery is again missing, the order will not be delivered.

ACCOUNT

REGISTRATION

You can create an account from the dedicated page by choosing a username and password, or you can decide to create one when you pay for your order: in the latter case, the data entered in the Sender fields will be used to create the account.

ENROLLMENT VIA SOCIAL

By creating an account from the dedicated page, you can choose to register through your Facebook or Google account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

You can request a password reset by going to the registration page and clicking on“Forgot Password?” You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your new password.

NOTE: This applies only to users who have registered through the site and not using a social account.

ACCOUNT FUNCTIONS

If you have an account you can view your order history, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and change your password and account details.

You will also be able to save several different shipping addresses and recall them via a panel at checkout. Up to a maximum of 3 different addresses can be saved.

ACCOUNT DELETION

If you wish to delete your account, use the form on this page and select Delete Account from the request selector.
