We deliver throughout Italy via local drivers—in cities where Frida’s Stores are located—or via Express Courier. Frida’s offers free delivery on all orders at no additional cost; a same-day delivery fee of €7.00 applies exclusively to our Priority service (same-day delivery).

Note: On special occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), an additional delivery surcharge for Express Courier may apply in certain cities for Saturday deliveries. Any extra costs will always be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Thelist of zip codes reachable by Frida’s stores is compiled and updated periodically and may vary depending on the availability of local logistics partners. In the event that the order cannot be delivered on the requested date due to unavailability of the individual Frida’s store (e.g. extraordinary closure) the customer will be contacted by the customer care service to rearrange the delivery. If the proposed alternatives are not satisfactory, Frida’s will refund the order within 48H.
